Payment
Payment is accepted if collecting personally by UK cheque(s) with guarantee card of same or greater guarantee amount, in cash, by debit cards (switch & maestro) & credit cards (visa, mastercard & JCB). If ordering by post payment can be made by cleared cheque, debit & credit card facilities are available for phone orders. Enquiries with regards to availability, price & delivery charges should be made by phone, e-mail or direct contact. No order is binding until accepted, payment is cleared & stock availability is confirmed.
Risk on parts & other materials supplied passes on delivery.
Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged condition. Check the container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may be wrapped in packing materials.
DO NOT disassemble your vehicle or render it inoperative until you have verified that the enclosed products are correct and complete.
Damaged Parts - If you receive a part damaged in shipping, you must contact us by phone within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive the damaged parts, only then will AVSCO send out the replacement parts.
Returns of items purchased for self-installation
A) AVSCO cannot not be held responsible for items ordered in error by the customer and reserves the right to pass any restocking fees charged by the manufacturers / distributors on to the customer up to 40% of the suggested retail price.
B) No returns on electrical parts will be granted unless the original packaging is unopened.
C) All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
D) AVSCO must RECEIVE returned items within 7 days of the original Delivery date. After 7 days all sales are considered final and no returns will be accepted.
E) If the customer keeps any portion of an order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
WARRANTIES ON NEW VEHICLES
The conditions of new vehicle warranties are controlled by the importers of each make, for fuller details see their websites or contact them for a copy, as a guideline it is generally accepted that warranty claims will be investigated on return of the faulty part(s). Labour charges may be payable dependant on the importers original warranty conditions. Make, Model, Registration number, VIN number & service details will be required for every warranty claim .

Installation & Extra Charges
Installation will be done in my workshop in Watford, Herts. If an 'on site' installation is required the following must be available, a dry well lit safe covered work area with at least 1.5m clearance around the motorcycle, space to place the removed panels, access to a toilet & drinking water, a 240 volt single phase household type socket.
Callout charges for on site installations; upto 5 miles £30.00, over 5 Miles £30.00 plus £1.00 per mile one way.
Extra charges, on site or in my workshop, will be made for; extended or difficult bodywork removal, placement of the LED in such an area that causes extra work, special requests with regards to wiring, routing, etc. extra work of any kind outside of a standard installation, including work not related to the system but necessary at the time i.e. relocating standard parts to allow alarm to fit.
Warrantees
See the relevant manufacturers web sites or contact them for full details.
Systems fitted in the workshop or on-site will only have warranty work carried out at Talisman House, this is to allow full access to the technical backup supplied by the manufacturers. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to get his or her vehicle to Talisman House in the event of a failure, no recovery guarentee is given or implied by AVSCO, Meta or Datatool.
For all other products AVSCO will pass onto the customer such warrantee (if any) as the manufacturer provides with the product. All other warranties are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves.
