General Returns

You are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery method which can be easily tracked E.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only offer limited compensation if a parcel gets lost while in their care. Therefore, we suggest that items with a value of £50 or greater be returned to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns of items purchased for self-installation/general items

A) AVSCO cannot not be held responsible for items ordered in error by the customer and reserves the right to pass any restocking fees charged by the manufacturers / distributors on to the customer up to 40% of the suggested retail price.

B) No returns on electrical parts will be granted unless the original packaging is unopened.

C) All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

D) AVSCO must RECEIVE returned items within 7 days of the original Delivery date. After 7 days all sales are considered final and no returns will be accepted.

E) If the customer keeps any portion of an order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Vehicle Returns

Off road vehicles, only new unused vehicles can be returned within 7 days for a refund, please phone within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle to inform us of the problem, only incorrectly supplied or faulty vehicles are eligible for a full refund, other vehicles will be liable for a cancellation fee.

Road legal vehicles, a full refund will only be given for a faulty or incorrectly supplied vehicle if the problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery & the vehicle returned within 7 days, after 7 days faulty vehicles will be rectified under the terms of the importers warrantee. Vehicles incorrectly ordered, change of mind orders, etc. especially if the registration process has been started would be considered as second-hand & the refunded amount will be affected.
